In 2013 and 2014, the CHR’s project on ‘Hidden Voices in the Arts’ took the form of an artist-in-residence programme involving cultural practitioners in the fields of curatorship, theatre and music. Artists selected for the programme play a role in the Factory of the Arts through offering arts education programmes.
